1. Contact the agent before blocking into space and receive permission. Lead agent responsible for knowing who has purchased space.

2. Lead agent will submit an RFP for the group

3. You are responsible to be on-time with deposits and final payments

4. It is your responsibility to know the booking rules and penalties

6. Be courteoous and let the Lead Agent know if problems arise

5. If you need to move a category into a blocked space, please let agent know before you do.

6. Lead Agent must let ICT know the month the commission is due to be paid how much the gross amount for your booking commission would be.
